Clinical consultancy that fits how you work

Risk assessments, emergency readiness and governance support for hospitals, GP surgeries, schools and local authorities. Our consultants are NMC or GMC registered nurses and clinicians who remain active in practice, not desk-based advisers who left the frontline years ago.

How it works

  1. Enquire Tell us your setting, timescale, location and what you need reviewed or designed. We reply during office hours with any clarifying questions.
  2. Scope We match the brief to an NMC or GMC registered clinician still active in practice, agree deliverables, visit format (on-site or remote) and a clear fee proposal before work starts.
  3. Deliver We complete the review or advisory work, then provide practical findings, prioritised recommendations and a written summary you can share with your team or board.

Confidential enquiry

We reply during office hours. All enquiries are treated as confidential.

Who is HealthCore consultancy for?

Hospitals and NHS trusts, GP surgeries, schools and nurseries, local authorities, care homes, independent providers, and legal teams who need nurse-led clinical advice.

What does a clinical risk assessment involve?

We review your environment, emergency arrangements, documentation and day-to-day practice. You receive clear findings and proportionate recommendations tailored to your setting.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Many risk and readiness reviews include an on-site visit. Policy reviews, capability analysis and some governance work can be delivered remotely across the UK.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the brief. A focused risk assessment or readiness review is often completed within a few weeks of scoping. Larger governance or multi-site work is planned in stages and agreed up front.

What do we receive at the end?

A written summary of findings, prioritised recommendations and practical next steps you can share with your team, governors or board. We can also join a follow-up call to talk through the report.

Who carries out the work?

NMC or GMC registered nurses and clinicians who remain active in clinical practice, including specialist nurses, paramedics, resuscitation officers and senior governance leads. We match the brief to the right clinical background, not desk-based advisers who left the frontline years ago.

Do you provide expert witness reports?

Yes. Our nursing consultants provide objective clinical opinions, medical record reviews and standard-of-care reports for legal and medico-legal briefs.

How much does consultancy cost?

Fees depend on scope, location and whether the work is on-site or remote. After your enquiry we send a clear proposal before any work starts. There is no obligation to proceed.

How quickly will you reply to an enquiry?

We aim to reply during normal office hours, usually within one working day. Urgent clinical incidents should follow your organisation's emergency pathways first.

Is our enquiry confidential?

Yes. Enquiries and project details are treated as confidential and handled in line with our privacy policy and professional standards.
