Community Basic Life Support Course Outline
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is the Community Basic Life Support course for?
Gain the skills to make a difference when it counts. Our Nottingham based Community Basic Life Support course has been specifically written for community groups, charity organisations and members of the public who want to go from a beginner or refresher level to being fully confident in delivering high-quality CPR and using an AED.
You will leave knowing exactly how to apply practical, life-saving knowledge in real-world scenarios.
Where in Nottingham is the training held?
To keep your course costs down, we use practical venues around the Nottingham city outskirts rather than the city centre. That can mean anywhere from Beeston and West Bridgford across to Hucknall, Bulwell and the A610 corridor, or south towards the A52 and Newark road links. Staying out of the centre improves road access from the M1, A52, A610 and Nottingham ring road, and we favour sites with free or low-cost parking plus strong bus and NET tram connections. Full venue details and arrival instructions are sent out around two weeks before your course, once numbers are confirmed and we've secured a venue that's the right size for your group.
