Mini Medics First Aid and CPR for Kids in Nottingham

The Mini Medics First Aid course is designed for children aged 7 to 11 years old, though it can be adapted for slightly older groups too. It’s perfect for schools, clubs, and community groups who want to give children the confidence to help others and understand what to do in an emergency. No prior experience is needed - just curiosity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn through fun, hands-on activities.

Our Nottingham courses are usually held in practical venues on the outer parts of the city, with easy access from the M1, A52, A610 and Nottingham ring road.

We often choose locations that are convenient for learners travelling from around Queen's Medical Centre, City Hospital, Hucknall, Wollaton and Basford, with the added benefit of useful public transport links including Nottingham's tram network, local bus routes and rail connections into Nottingham station.

We deliberately avoid expensive city-centre venues where parking can be limited and traffic can add unnecessary stress, helping us keep the day simpler, easier to reach and as cost-effective as possible.

Please wear your comfiest play clothes (like joggers and a t-shirt) and trainers for Mini Medics First Aid and CPR for Kids. We are going to be very busy moving around and kneeling on the floor to practice our superhero skills, so make sure they can wiggle and move easily.

No. Mini Medics First Aid and CPR for Kids is a non-accredited programme designed for children to have a core understand of CPR and emergency situations. While not formally accredited the course is still taught in line with Resuscitation Council UK guidelines.
