Frequently asked questions
Why use HealthCore?
When will I get the exact venue address for my Derby course?
Listings usually name the area as clearly as we can, for example Derby (Pride Park) or Derby (Spondon), so you are not booking blind. Around two weeks before your Paediatric First Aid date we email the full address, parking notes and anything else you need for arrival, once that day’s venue is locked in.
Who is the Paediatric First Aid course for?
How long is Paediatric First Aid?
About 6 hours of e-learning plus 6 hours in person. That is the full EYFS-style qualification, not a shorter emergency paediatric first aid day.
Is this the same as TinyHearts?
No. Paediatric First Aid is for childcare staff who need Ofsted and EYFS evidence. TinyHearts is a 2-hour session for parents and carers, and it is not an Ofsted qualification.
